Results
On October 13, 2022, the CoC Board voted to approve the Special CoC Consolidated Application to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness. The CoC will submit the Consolidated Application for the Special CoC Program Competition to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by 5PM on October 20, 2022. The CoC’s Consolidated Application is made up of the CoC Application, the CoC Priority Listing, two project applications, and one planning application. The Consolidated Application in its entirety is provided below:

The CoC received 3 applications to be considered for inclusion in the Special CoC Program Collaborative Application. The CoC reviewed, scored a ranked all projects. All projects were accepted for funding and the final ranking determination is as follows:
