The Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care (CoC) is developing community program standards to guide service providers and promote system-wide alignment around common goals and outcomes, program models and activities, and performance standards.

The Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care (CoC) is developing community program standards to guide service providers and promote system-wide alignment around common goals and outcomes, program models and activities, and performance standards.

Rapid Rehousing Community Standards

Rapid re-housing programs provide short-term housing assistance and services for those experiencing homelessness to obtain and maintain permanent housing as quickly as possible. The CoC has drafted revised Rapid Rehousing community standards along with the System Planning Committee.

Public Comment Period: October 15-30, 2020

The drafted Rapid Rehousing community program standards are available for public comment until October 30, 2020.

Targeted Prevention

Targeted Prevention programs assist households that are at imminent risk of homelessness in resolving their housing crisis before becoming homeless. CoC staff developed the Targeted Prevention standards with a working group made up of volunteers from the System Planning Committee, and the CoC Board approved the standards on 4/23/2020.
