Project applications consist of two components:

HUD Project Application Form (MAY NOT BE AVIABLE YET)
- HUD project application forms must be submitted in e-snaps, a web-based portal accessible at https://esnaps.hud.gov/grantium/frontOffice.jsf. Instructions for completing applications in e-snaps are available on the e-snaps page of the HUD website.
Supplemental Application Form
- Supplemental applications and required attachments must be submitted electronically through GWRC’s grant platform: https://gwregion.grantplatform.com/. Copies of the supplemental application forms in word document format for drafting responses is available below.

Applicants must submit both a HUD project application and a supplemental application for each project by August 21^st, 2023 at 5PM to be considered. Late applications will not be accepted. New applicants will need to register for an account to access the applications.
