Solicitation
The Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care (FRCoC) is soliciting project applications for inclusion in its collaborative submission to the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition for FY24-25. This solicitation is open to accepting proposals from any CoC member organizations, including those that have not previously received CoC Program funding.

APPLICATIONS DUE: September 20, 2024 at 5PM
Project applications consist of two components:
- HUD Project Application Form
- HUD project application forms must be submitted in e-snaps, a web-based portal accessible at https://esnaps.hud.gov/grantium/frontOffice.jsf. Instructions for completing applications in e-snaps are available on the e-snaps page of the HUD website.
- Supplemental Application Form
- Supplemental applications and required attachments must be submitted electronically through GWRC’s grant platform: https://gwregion.grantplatform.com/. Copies of the supplemental application forms in word document format for drafting responses is available below.
Applicants must submit both a HUD project application and a supplemental application for each project by September 20th, 2024 at 5PM to be considered. Late applications will not be accepted. New applicants will need to register for an account to access the applications.
